We do not run this tour every year, but when we do, don't miss it if you are looking for a completely different kind of motorcycle trip. Once around the third-largest island is pure adventure every day, from their tropical beaches to virgin forest, cities and towns, indiginous tribes, covering three countries: Indonesia, Brunei, and Malaysia over a 26-day span of time.
East Malaysia is the part of Malaysia that is based on Borneo, and it is larger even than the motherland. East Malaysia is filled with towering rainforests, national parks, tropical waters, indigenous tribes, great food, and loads of history. This is a two-week tour if you cannot fit in all of Borneo but still want a taste of this part of the world.
We can't make up our minds if this is a scuba-diving tour with motorcycle riding or a motorcycle tour with scuba-diving. Whatever it is you will be doing a lot of both over nine days starting and ending on Cebu Island. The tour price includes diving lessons that lead up to full certification. If you are already certified, then the package inludes ten dives on five different days.
Our PENINSULAR MALAYSIA TOUR offers the most riding of any of our motorcycle tours, and this riding is mainly on roads that approach or equal Western-standards. The comfort level on this tour is high for its entire duration, as we stay in top quality lodgings exclusively.
